Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every Lily Lavender product is handcrafted in small batches in New Hampshire using thoughtfully selected ingredients and carefully curated scent collections.

What ingredients do you use?

We use quality ingredients such as soy wax, goat milk soap base, beeswax, shea butter, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, essential oils, premium fragrance oils (candles and wax melts only), and natural botanicals. Visit our Ingredient Library for more information about every ingredient we use.

Do you attend craft fairs and markets?

You can find us at select craft fairs and local events throughout New Hampshire. Visit our “Events” page to see our upcoming market schedule.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used items. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Most orders are handcrafted, packaged, and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or busy market seasons.
