Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade bath, body, and home fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is determined to be our error or damage during shipping, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Policy

Current processing times are listed on each product page.

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Lily Lavender is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier before reaching out to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lily Lavender is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist by providing any information needed to help you file a claim when applicable.

Product Information

Because every product is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, fragrance, appearance, and packaging may occur. These natural variations make each item unique and are not considered defects.

Product colors may also vary slightly due to differences in monitor and mobile device displays.

Allergy Notice

Our products may contain or be manufactured in a workspace that also handles ingredients such as nut oils, botanicals, beeswax, essential oils, fragrance oils, and other plant-based materials.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Candle Safety

Please follow all candle safety recommendations.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.

  • Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

  • Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use.

  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Stop burning when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire or injury.

Wax Melt Safety

Wax melts are intended for use only in wax warmers designed specifically for wax melts.

  • Never add water to melted wax.

  • Do not use on a stovetop or over an open flame.

  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

  • Use only in a well-ventilated area.

  • Never leave a wax warmer unattended while in use.

  • Do not move the warmer while the wax is melted.

  • Allow wax to cool completely before removing or replacing it.

  • Do not overfill your wax warmer.

  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your wax warmer at all times.

Wax melts are not edible and are intended for fragrance purposes only.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in burns, fire, or injury.
